Shrug off the fast pace of life in the sanctuary of Little Wilderness ...

Established in 2024, Little Wilderness is set within the grounds of Trussall Farm and its 25 acres of wildflower meadows and ancient woodland. 

This small 'Eco-Stay' and 'Carbon Neutral' glamping site consists of 3 of our own design 'Wilderness Huts', which open are completely off grid for those who really want to disconnect from life’s treadmill for a while within the comfort of a warm dry cocoon; our own take on a Shepherd’s Hut with its very own adjoining en-suite and 2 opulent Bell Tents on private decks.

units of our own design spaced across 2 fields, allows us to continue our re-wilding activities whilst sharing the joy of our beautiful surroundings with those that long to shrug off the daily grind and and re-connect with nature and to themselves.

Nearby are a plethora of golden sandy beaches and rugged coast paths that stretch along the south coast from Penzance to the Lizard; the historic yet vibrant port town of Falmouth and the scenic fishing village and local food Mecca of Porthleven. Being so central, North Cornwall’s famous Towan Beaches, St.Ives and the Capital, Truro are all within easy reach. 

Closer to home you can explore any number of local trails around Gweek, home to the Cornish Seal Sanctuary and the stunning Helford River, refreshing yourself at the fabulously well-appointed Gweek Village Stores, a choice of flourishing pubs or famous pasty makers in around the area. 

Or, how about you just sit back and chill at the glamping site; the is your time to switch off the outside and relax. Then, as the sun sets, keep an eye out our resident Barn Owl silently swooping from field to field.

All our accommodation has one aim, and that is to allow you the space to relax, drink in the wild and go at the pace of nature.
