Membership Terms

Welcome to Wanderlust—a growing network of independent camping and glamping stays across the UK, helping outdoor lovers discover the places others miss: the hidden ones, the tucked-away ones and the kind of places you’re glad you found.

When you book with one of our Certified Sites as the lead guest, your stay includes Wanderlust membership, opening the door to more independent stays worth knowing about, member news, quiet recommendations and inspiration for your next escape. These terms explain how your membership works and the few simple things we ask of you. Happy adventuring!

1. About Your Membership

1.1 When you book a stay at a Certified Site, you will become a member of Wanderlust Camping Club as the lead guest for the accommodation unit you have booked. If your booking includes more than one accommodation unit, one lead guest must be provided for each unit, and each lead guest will become a member for the purposes of that stay. Other guests staying in the unit are not required to become individual members.
A “Certified Site” is an independently operated camping or glamping site that has been certified by Wanderlust Camping Club Ltd to operate under the Club’s exemption arrangements, subject to the Club’s requirements and the site’s own rules.

1.2 Your membership is arranged through the Certified Site, but your membership agreement is directly with Wanderlust Camping Club Ltd.

1.3 Membership allows you to stay at Wanderlust Camping Club Certified Sites in accordance with these terms and any site-specific rules.

2. Membership Fee

2.1 A membership fee is payable for each stay at a Certified Site.

2.2 The membership fee is included within your booking price or shown separately by the Certified Ssite.

2.3 The Certified Site collects the fee on behalf of Wanderlust Camping Club.

3. Information We Receive

3.1 To create and administer your membership, the Certified Site will provide Wanderlust Camping Club with:

  • Your name;
  • Your email address; and
  • The dates of your stay.

3.2 By making a booking, you authorise the Certified Site to provide this information to Wanderlust Camping Club.

3.3 Wanderlust Camping Club will process your information in accordance with its Privacy Policy: https://www.wanderlustcampingclub.co.uk/privacy-policy

4. Member Conduct

4.1 Members must act responsibly and respectfully towards:

5. Site Rules and Safety

5.1 Each Certified Site operates independently and may have additional rules that apply during your stay.

5.2 Members are responsible for ensuring that all people included in their booking comply with site rules.

  • Cancellations; or
  • Refund decisions made by a site operator.

  • Causes serious disruption at a Certified Site.

8.2 Termination of membership may result in refusal of future stays at Certified Sites.

8.3 Either party may terminate this agreement on seven (7) days written notice to the other, including by email.

9. Liability

9.1 Members are responsible for their own actions and those of anyone included within their booking.

9.2 Wanderlust Camping Club accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, injury or inconvenience arising from the operation of an independently owned Certified Site, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
