To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Wanderlust Camping Club and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Site; any delay or inability to use the Site or related services; the provision of, or failure to provide, services; or any information, software, products, services, or related graphics obtained through the Site. Wanderlust Camping Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to the Site, its related services or any part of them at any time, without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and Wanderlust Camping Club as a result of this agreement or your use of the Site.

Wanderlust Camping Club’s performance of this agreement is subject to applicable laws and legal processes. Nothing contained in this agreement restricts Wanderlust Camping Club’s right to comply with requests or requirements from government bodies, courts, law-enforcement authorities or regulators relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or collected by Wanderlust Camping Club in connection with that use.

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Unless otherwise stated, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Wanderlust Camping Club regarding the use of the Site. It supersedes all previous or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, relating to the Site.

A printed version of this agreement, and of any notice provided electronically, may be used in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent as other business documents originally generated and maintained in printed form. This agreement and all related documents are written in English.
