Welcome to Sycamore and Stars Off Grid Retreat, nestled in 12 acres of woodland on our 100-year-old working farm. We created this place because we wanted to share the slower side of farm life that we love so much ourselves. Stays with us revolve around the simple pleasure of being in pure peace and quiet, mornings that are alive with birdsong and evenings spent under dark skies. With only two stays tucked sympathetically into their own private woodlands overlooking miles of farmland, it is both peaceful and personal and guests often tell us it feels like discovering a hidden little world. Choose between a beautifully appointed shepherd’s hut or a reinvented 1910 Lincolnshire hay cart, both complete with their own private facilities, woodland walks, BBQ areas and hot tubs. We are also home to two highland cows, goats, geese and chickens who you are welcome to meet up close. Beyond the farm, there is plenty to explore. The AONB of the Lincolnshire Wolds is right on our doorstep, browse the nearby market towns or explore the paths of our ancestors on the Viking Way. Whether you want long walks and adventures or simply a weekend doing absolutely nothing at all, this corner of the countryside allows that to happen. We even have our very own farm strip grass runway, which is just a short woodland walk from the Badger Sett.
